Social Security Fight Conclusion

To read the full saga of my fight to get a job without a social security number, start by clicking here.

The 9th Circuit ruled against me.  I had 90 days to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.  I looked and noted that they receive over 7000 petitions, and hear only 100 or less.  http://www.supremecourtus.gov/ctrules/ctrules.html

What now?  Time to think it over.  Do I appeal or not?  What would God have me do?

What would the Supreme Court have me do?  They care about important constitutional matters.

What does the Constitution say?  I see that there is no "right to a job" in the Bill of rights.

I have the right to be free to pursue my religious beliefs without the interferrance of others.  Is anyone preventing me from not taking a SSN?  No.  I am still free to not use one.  Nobody is forcing me, upon threat of violence, to take one.  The only use of force is the "economic sanctions" that are against me.  The situation is, "We will leave you alone if you don't take a SSN".  This is my right:  to be left alone.  As such, my God-given and self-evident rights are not being violated.

I'm being discriminated against, because of my religion.

Did Daniel sue to work for the King of Babylon?  No.

Can I force people to hire me?  No.

So, according to the ruling, I cannot work for employers who are intimidated by the IRS--who does use force against employers.

If you think about it, if my employers believe in using a social security number, then according to my beliefs, they are communists, as that is their religion according to what they practice: social security.  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, although preventing discrimination based on religion, makes exceptions for religions.  In other words, it's illegal to not hire someone just because they are Catholic or Protestant in the normal course of business.  However, if you are a Protestant Church, you have every right to not hire a Catholic, and a Catholic Church does not have to hire a Protestant.  So, I suppose, using the same logic, I could say I shouldn't be able to force a communist to hire a capitalist.  (I'm the capitalist, SVSC wanted me to participate in communism).

But I can work for myself and for God.

I had a dispute with SVSC.  They lied to me, and acted dishonorably in many ways.  They demanded to see the law, and then ignored the law when I presented it to them.  And they lost the right to let me work for them, due to their fear and ignorance, and dishonor.  Their loss.

SVSC did not pay me several hundred dollars for a few days of work.  I think I created more hassles and inconveniences for them than they caused me.  It balances out, and the few hundred dollars do not really matter much.

Why are there courts?  To provide a peaceful dispute resolution, and an alternative to violence.  Would I take up arms to solve this dispute with SVSC?  It's not worth it for me to do so, and I don't see that I have a mandate from God in any way to either justify or require violent actions from me against SVSC to resolve this issue.

I suppose that since I was hired, and they did not pay me for a few days of work I did for them, they were caught red-handed in this theft from me.  According to God's law, a thief that is found can be killed, and no blood shall be shed for him.

[Exod 22:2] If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.

But there is not a command to kill a thief.  It is simply allowable, and there shall be no revenge or penalty upon the man who kills a thief--according to God's law.  We even have a term for this in U.S. law: "justifiable homicide".  However, in U.S. law, this generally only applies when your life is threatened.  So, I may have a right, according to God's law, to kill the people at SVSC involved.  But would I?  It's not worth it to me in this case as the dollar amount is too low.

My case was based on Title VII, which states that discrimination (even religious) is illegal.  Yet, I can find no basis in God's law for Title VII.  I believe we should be able to discriminate based on religion.  God's commands teach us to discriminate against non-believers, and tells us to excommunicate them from the Church!  I believe social security is communism, fraud, theft, and a false idol, akin to idol worship, since those who practice it are in direct violation of numerous of God's laws such as not to use unjust weights and measures, and to work for your own wages.

Matthew 18:15   Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
16   But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17   And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

1 Cor 5:11   But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
12   For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
13   But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

As I wrote above, Title VII makes an allowance for this, as it recognizes that a Catholic minister cannot be forced to hire a Protestant to work in the Catholic Church.

Now, according to these New Testament commandments, I see that Paul's recommendation is to not even eat with such wicked people who practice theft, communism, and idolatry such as social security!  So, how in the world should I expect God to be on my side if I were to try and work for them? If anything, I should separate myself from them!

So, if I have no basis in God's law for my main dispute with SVSC, regarding employment discrimination, where does that leave me?

I have a dispute with the IRS, because their actions intimidate employers into obtaining a SSN for all employees, or not hiring them.

I have a dispute with the Federal Justice system, because they allow religious employment discrimination if people do not have a SSN.  They are allowing economic sanctions to take place against religious minded people who have done no wrong.

This is upsetting and disturbing, especially in light of passages such as Revelation 13, but again, I do not think God would endorse my fight in this particular battle.

More of God's principles that come to mind are:

Mark 6:11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

In other words, I cannot force my employer to listen to me and hire me.  Instead, I should move on.  And they will be judged by God.

Another one of God's of God's principles is more of a warning to his followers:

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

This qualifies as tribulation, I think.  It was quite a trial of my faith.  Would I bow to their demands?  Would I bow to the altar of collectivsm and fraud, and get a SSN?  I really wanted to ski coach.  It would have been great fun.  But I refused.  I think I passed the test.

Was my dispute a political battle?  I do not have a dispute with the Federal Congress or Senate, since their laws that they have passed are on my side in this issue.  My case was rock solid based on the laws of the land that I cited.  The Justice system is not recognizing the statutes in the Federal Code.

There is no need to ask the U.S. Congress for man's law to be changed since man's law is already on my side.

But why should I bother to sue men to uphold a man's law that is not in harmony with God's law?  In other words, would God want me to get men to recognize a law that he has not given us?

In other words, is God's law on my side?  I don't think so.

I have learned a great deal about money over the last 3 years.  The reason that God provides gold and silver, and expects us to have honest weights and measures when conducting trade, is that it provides a framework for peaceful and profitable interaction among men.  It is based on voluntary exchange of both parties.  I cannot force another man, either with my own gun, or with the guns of the government, to give me either a job, or money.  That is theft.  Voluntary exchange of just weights and measures is the way to interact peacefully with other men.

My job was actually not a contract of my time for the exchange of something honest.  My job was a contract to serve for about $8 per hour.  I was actually attempting to work for an unjust weight and measure.  There is no reason to think that God would want me to be defrauded in that process.  Working for dollars is foolish.  Working for communists who support the social security system would be an even greater waste of my time.

What does God expect me to do?  When I started, I thought that if anything, I would learn something.  I have.

Over the last few years, I have learned a great deal about money, and about the difference between man's law and God's law.  God's laws are best, and I will continue to live my life in harmony with God's laws as best as I know how.  I will not take a SSN.  I have realized that not taking one is a much greater protection than I originally thought it would be.  God's laws protect you from unscrupulous men who would enslave you or steal from you in other ways.

This entire issue goes to show how corrupt and unjust the system of the dollar has become.  If the dollar system can levy economic sanctions against me, I can levy economic sanctions against the dollar.

God will bring swift justice against all those who practice communism (social security) and fraud (use of the paper dollar).

Mal 3:5 "And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against... those that oppress the hireling in his wages,...and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts." (KJV)

Jer 22:13 "Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;..." (KJV)

So, did I really lose?  I think I won.  After all, I learned invaluable lessons, and I now have the opportunity to teach many people these lessons.

Finally, the Bible also says

Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. "

Although it was hard at first, as I could not find work for a few years, I took the time to educate myself according to God's laws, and now I'm sharing those principles with others.

So, since the time my battle started, I have found great success as a writer, exposing the frauds of the dollar, and advocating silver and gold instead.
